    Default Frames Editor?

Hi to everyone, I need some help.

I'm looking for a (if exist) freeware software which let me edit the frames. I want to delete glitches and errors in my old vhs family's tapes. How can I make this? I tried with Virtual Dub, but filters let me to edit all movie with same result.

    For example:

On the baby in 30 second is black line in the middle, I want to take this parf of frame from previous, and paste in this broken. In result this black line will disapear.

You may need to export small sections of video as still images and edit the images in photoshop then import them back into the video editing program and render back to video. I know Sony Vegas can do this but I don't know of any free software. Will Virtual Dub let you do this.
