Default stretch / extend white background in Pinnacle Studio 15

Hello. We are shooting videos in a white background photographic paper.
In some cases we must shoot a little space outside of the white background paper with the plan to fix it at the montage with Pinnacle Studio 15.
For the reason we are using a lighting technique as well as camera shooting adjustment, with the result of burning the white background. We tried to add a similar white in that spaces but the result is not good because you can see the difference at the seam.
Can you please tell me how to extend a part of the existing white background to cover these spaces out of white background shootings?

    Best regards

If you put a feathering at the edge this should get ride of the line between the two tracks. Use the same colour for you extended background as in your shoot not just a stock white. Then lift the brightness/contrast to get the look that you want.

That's one way to do it.
