Default Adding subtitles in Adobe Premier 6.5

    Hi,
Is it possible to add subtitles in Adobe Premier 6.5 and how?

    Best regards,

    Default

you can create them as titles in Premiere, but this will involve rendering them which will take ages, and you won't be able to take them off again.

If you're producing a DVD your DVD authoring software might well have an option to create subtitles, then you can turn them on or off with your DVD remote,

I used Subtitleworkshop to make subtitles, it's free and pretty easy to use, then I imported them into my DVD authorign package (Adobe Encore).
