Thread: BlueRay

    Default BlueRay

    Dell Inspiron 620 MT

    Windows 7 Home - 64 bit

    8 MB memory

I would like to install a BlueRay optical drive read/write so that I can create HD movies (holidays and family occasions only) using Vegas Movie Studio 11. Any advice, observations, problems as to what drive I should look for, installation, etc., will be appreciated.

The ASUS BW 12B1LT - BD-RE drive - Note you need Serial ATA socket free on your mother board to fit it to.

Most of the Bluray drives seem to be around 60-100 this one has had good review. I have a cheap LG which doesn't get used very often but has always works first time every time.
