Hello everyone. This is my first message.

Im capturing some video from a VHS NTSC using Pinnacle Moviebox Deluxe, and I have faced some problems, the main pointo of capturing video is to make digital version so I can burn them in a DVD.

The first issue was that when I made a DVD and played it in a normal DVD (not in a computer), the image was chopped, someone gave me the advice to resize it with Premiere, so I did it, then I had to export it, and it generated an avi file that was 3 times bigger than the original one. By the way the original one was a mpg file. Why is this happening? Is there a way to keep the file in mpg and may be in the original size?

Can any one give me some advice about how to capture the video (the settings)?
