Default Move the video to someplace else

So i'm a let's player on youtube, which means i make games with commentary's. My subs demanded that i played a pokemon game, however the editting isn't going as planned. For recording the game, i need to put it in fullscreen and then record it with fraps, which makes these black borders appear on top and on the bottem of the video. So i cropped them out, leaving only the gameplay in. HOWEVER, i want the video to be at the top. It's now in the middle, and i need to put it at the top. I can't move it, because i cropped it already and when i move the cropping thingie, it just moves the camera which makes the black borders appear again. So how do i put this video at the top instead of in the middle? I've made a screenshot of how it is now, and where the video needs to be located to (the red striped stuff is where the video needs to move to)

Also, i'm using Sony Vegas Pro 10.

    Use Track Motion.

Go to the Track Header, locate and click on the Track Motion Icon.

    Have fun!
