Default premiere pro - compilation of clips, help

Hi. I'm new to premiere pro, and have a problem.

Basically, I'm trying to create a compilation of video clips, around 3-4mins long with an mp3 as the soundtrack. I have all the video and sound sources, so that isn't a problem.

The problem is, if my compilation is, say, a high resolution....that means that all the clips that are smaller than that resolution WON'T SCALE. The low resolution clips have a huge black border around them in the final clip. I know how to manually adjust the clip (effect controls -> motion), however I don't want to manually fit every clip to the screen.

Is there a way to make premiere pro automatically fit videos to the resolution I want?

No. Remember that Adove Premiere is designed to work with DV, so this kind of scenario isn't really catered for.

But what you can do is copy and paste attributes accross a selection of clips on the timeline. Right click and select copy on the resized clip, the select all your files on the timeline. Now right click on these and slecet paste attributes.
