Has anyone had communications with Pegasys (TMPGenc ... suppliers)?
I had the unfortunate experience of losing my MOBO and HDD - and therefore my registration codes for the purchase of TMP went with the crash (backups were pre purchase of course! ).
Repeated attempts to contact Pegasys via their support have not be replied to other than the auto ack.
Perhaps they presume I'll stump up with more dosh?!
