Default Voice found in unlikely place for my Book Trailer

A couple of weeks ago I posted a note in the forum's Job Market section, looking for a particular kind of voice (old black Southern lady) for a book trailer. I just want to let everyone know that I was able to find the specific voice I needed, but in the most unlikely place...right in my own office.

I decided to go ahead and do the male character voices using a man on my staff from Georgia (the U.S. state, not the country) who was a former radio announcer like myself and had a genuine southern accent. I did the other male voice. Then, as we were horsing around between audio takes, this other guy that works for me and was operating the recorder, made a mocking impersonation of an old southern 'mammy' woman. I was stunned, because it sounded almost exactly like what I was needing. After some coaching he was able to do it just right. Who would have thought I would be so lucky.

Anyway, here is a PREVIEW of the book trailer (not yet finished and the book has not been released yet, so please don't embed it anywhere). But I just wanted everyone to see what we were aiming for. The character voices appear in the last 1/4 of the trailer. Feedback appreciated.

Thanks, Midnight. That was the first thing I've produced since I upgraded my workstation to 64bits and Vegas 11.

BTW, the weird guy in black is me.
That wig and fake beard and mustache itched like hell.

Oh that was a fake beard, I thought it was a real one you'd grown for the part.

My wife insisted that her book's lead Character had that look, but she would NEVER let me grow a beard in real life. Women are funny, that way.
