    Default After Effects Shape Layer never comes smooth - Please HELP

    Hello,
    I am learning the very basics of AE. So my posts are very basic....I apologize for that.


    I am making a shape layer with the help of elliptical tool with no fill color and stroke of 4 px but it never comes smooth as the youtube video tutorial....

    In the Composition window, use the dropdown box to change your 'Resolution' from "Quarter" to "Full".

    Yes I figured out that after some time when I started working with an image.
