Comrades

My hg10 seems to have finally died, annoyingly.

Can anybody recommend any suitable replacements?
i like the 40gb storage
settings
wide attachment
external mic/ hot shoe attachment.

there seem to be an endless amount of canon camcorders listed at the moment, i just cant get my head round them all.
