Go Pro speeding up in vegas pro 10

Hi i'm having problems rendering out a sped up sequence from a go pro.

Here is a photo showing the rendered video. im not sure why this is doing this. any help would be very grateful.

Is it Progressive?

try adding a bit of motion blur, under View I think VIDEO BUS, a ne track apperas at botton
Righ clik track and select Motion Blur Amount, use sparringly
