Default Searched far and wide for simple video compression question!

I have scoured forums and the inet for a simple and answer to a simple question (or so you'd think).

Windows Live Movie Maker has always been great for compressing videos (for what I require). However, it lacks in tools for editing raw footage and sounds. I use Adovbe Premiere (CS 5.1) for doing this.

But then I run into export problems with exporting premiere videos because it's SOOO complicated... All I want to do is compress the movie in adobe premiere the EXACT same way that Windows Live Movie Maker does.

I can't find anyone that can answer this question? I want to do this because WLMM renders video VERY FAST with quality that almost matches the originals. Also it is easy as pie! PLEASE!

Just a thought. Can you "Save as" WMM File in Premier? Stay tuned on the forum though for suggestions from others here.
