Red face Sony Vegas 11 Problems

Hi, I installed Sony Vegas recently, I've noticed some buttons are missing, and I dont know how to get them back does anyone know how to fix it?

I don't use Vegas, but a lot round the forum do. Just a thought though most programmes have an able/disable tools somewhere in the toolbar menu so you can free up workspace. Could be properties preferences tools etc unless you already have. Try going through all the menus on the toolbar.

Where did you get this copy of Vegas from? And what build number is it?

I bought S.V from my local computer shop.
I'm not sure what build number it is.

    meg,
the big pic in your original post is correct for Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 11 and you do not have buttons missing there. The smaller pic is from Vegas PRO, which is the big brother of VMStudio Platinum so to speak. See the various Vegas Software here

Seems you bought Vegas Movie Studio Platinum, not Vegas Pro. Vegas Pro is priced much higher and VMStudio Platinum is good enough for many home users.
