    Lightbulb DIY Macro Filter

Hey everyone, me again with another DIY video. I've tried to put into effect a few suggestions I got on my last DIY video, one of which was less talking... not sure if I succeeded on with that though!

Anyway, though this is an extremely simple build, it's totally worth it if you want to take some really close up shots. Interestingly, it works better with longer focal lengths, which is a huge bonus as it helps get even closer! I have a 28-200 zoom, and at the long end it works brilliantly.

If you have an old fungus infected lens lying around, give this a go!

Interesting idea Mathew, have you ever tried macro rings you seem to get much better results with your DIY approach.

I haven't tried them, no... I'm reluctant to buy more photography stuff until I can use what I've got to the max... which may take a while, haha.

What about a DIY tripod . I liked the rambling talk. Gave it geek chic.
