Hey there community, I was hoping someone out there would be able to help me with a problem I'm currently having. I make youtube videos about League of Legends, usually short clips about silly and exciting things I get up to, but I've had to stop lately because I can't seem to sort a problem out, so I turn to you all!

Just since the last few months, videos I produce have started being uploaded to youtube with all these strange pixelly effect - please see these couple of videos as an example

I even tried with a non-league of legends game - and it's still giving me this, as shown here

I produce my videos by recording with FRAPS - I have the most up to date version. And then I open in Sony Vegas Pro 10.0. If you require information on the settings I use just let me know. I render as a mp4 file. The file I produce I can open on my computer (or my laptop) and the file looks crisp clear and perfect. After I upload it to youtube, the pixel like effect happens as you can see above. I haven't changed anything in the way I produce my videos, and if you look at any of my past videos, produced in exactly the same way, you will see that there is no such pixel like effect.

This one for example, no problems at all and was produced in exactly the same way.

I'm wondering if this is something youtube side? If it's something anyone else has encountered? And if so, could you please help me to sort this out. I recently got my Youtube account partnered and I really want to start producing fun and regular content with League of Legends for everyone, but I can't really while this is still occurring. Please keep in mind I am an absolute amateur at video editing, and most of the settings and things I do I just copy from guides and don't understand them myself. Please tailor your advice with this in mind.
