For a project, I have to work with mpeg 4 video and wav audio. I have to edit those video's and export them to Apple Prores HQ, a .mov.
When I convert the mpeg 4 video to .mov (I use 'smart converter', you can find it in the apple appstore) but the video comes out a but longer than it used to be. I use exactly the same setting as the original movie settings. The quality is perfect, but it doesn't match with the audio anymore.
Is there a way to combine the video and audio and then convert them both to .mov?
Or can you recommend something else?
I work with Final Cut Pro 7.
