Default My shot video is 1024 x 768 - what is best size to render this?

    Hi I am really confused!

My raw video footage is 1024 x 768 - which is probably quite odd size, (reason is because it was a screencapture).

Anyways, I need to make a video to host on Amazon, not YouTube -and most rendering sizes I have tried create letterbox issues.

The video size (on the .html page) is 480 wide....so I was thinking that I could render it 480 x 360 but it creates the letter box issues.

Now the odd thing is that a ration of 1024 wide to 480 wide makes it exactly 480 x 360 so why is it not working.....?

What would you do to make this render with the "right size" - thanks v much

I'm guesing you have not factored in the shape of the pixels (Pixel Aspect Ratio).
