Default How do I move the hairline back to the beginning?

Hi real basic question here - how do I get the hairline back to beginning? If I move now it takes forever to drag back and does so really slowly - there must be a hot key I can't find!

    THanks!!!

Pressing W will take you back to the start of the project.

And also 'home' on your keyboard. If you want to find something more specific, use your scroll wheel to 'zoom out' the timeline, place your cursor roughly (by just clicking on the timeline where you want it) then zoom back in for fine tuning. You can also place a marker... 'm' on the keyboard, then just hit the number to go straight back there when you want. If the cursor is dragging slowly, you're using the wrong part of it! Don't drag the top.
