Uploading pictures to profile & group - doesn't work!

Hi, why I can't upload picture for group & my profile?
Size is correct, size too...

I still get answer: Unable to save...

Could you check this and PM me?

I haven't been able to upload a picture in any shape or form to anywhere on the forum/profile etc. for so ages I just thought it had been turned off to save the server.

the problem is in temporary directory and cache settings...
