Default Best render quality for CS5 .mov files

Hi, I have some .mov footage which came out of a t2i and was wondering which render settings I should use to render it without losing any quality? Atm I'm using the H.264 render and its pretty good but I think I'm seeing a slight downgrade in quality with that. Basically I want to render at HIGHEST possible quality. Thanks in advance.

What do you judge as a loss in quality? That codec us used for distribution of HD video, so it's a good choice to output. If you din't care about file size, use the Blu Ray output preset with a high bit rate.

I export using a preset to match output 720p at a bitrate that allows streaming on a reasonably quick broadband connection. This gives great resUlts on a 1080p screen.

OH ok i see....so if the footage has a 60,000bit to it originally then I should match that in the setting and render?
