    Default video editing problems on a panasonic hdc tm15

    Hi all can any one please help i recently bought a panasonic hdc tm 15 off ebay but i been working alot over last month so only just got round to useing it, when i come to try and edit the video or burn it to disk the camrea format is in ntsc not pal is they any way i can turn it to pal , on ebay the advert never stated it was in ntsc so i thought auotmaticaly it was in pal, thanks al

    What's the rationale behind converting? Newer tvs have no issues playing either format, and there will certainly be no issues if you only ever playback on a pc.

    Marc is right you don't need to convert if you are making files to play on your computer or upload to YouTube. You could have an issue with an older DVD player if this is the case. When you have finished editing the footage, set your render settings to 25fps and this should then be fine.
