Thread: Cloning effect problem.

    Default Cloning effect problem.

    Hello.

I have managed to clone myself and it looks brilliant but as soon as I had a filter you can see the line where I have masked the video.

    Here is the picture

Is there a way to remove this line, the line only appears once I add a color filter.

    Many thanks.

This is due to the way the feathering is handled.
Go into Help and do a search on Pre/Post. There are a few references and I'm sure one will sort you out.
Alternatively, if you are applying the same colour correction to both, try applying the effect at track level - or make them both child tracks of a parent track and apply the effect at the parent track level.
Lots of options and I'm sure you'll find the answer there somewhere.

    Thanks for the reply.

How would I go about doing this? I am not that technical with Vegas at the moment.

    Many thanks.
