Exclamation Issue: quality of rendered video when containing panning (rotation).

    So...

Shot a video that contains a part when I am rotating in the center and showing the Panorama around me (panning). The video was shot by HD Hero, and the quality of the source video is very good (for a small idiot camera).

    The problem is:

    1) If I use Vimeo's recommended settings for rendering, the quality of the video when rotating gets bad (blured, noisy etc.).

    Settings are:

    Video Screen Shot:

    2) If I use the settings I found (field order: Upper field first intead of None (progressive scan) ), the quality of the Video on my desktop is like original (lo quality loss). When I upload it to Vimeo the quality gets worse (but not like when using the Vimeo specs), but I also get the green line on the bottom of the Video (that I don't have on the video on desktop...it is there but hardly visible).

    Settings are:

    Video Screen Shot:

What the heck is going on? And is there really no way to get a really good quality video on-line on Vimeo???

Please help me because this is annoying, and I think not only to me...

    Big thanks from Croatia!

I strongly suspect Vimeo will compress your film. Youtube does this. I have seen tutorials on youtube showing how to obtain the best quality settings for upload to these sites - maybe try searching for one for Vimeo? I tried one for youtube and it increased my filesize, but threw my sync out for some reason, so be careful.

Yup. Vimeo compresses my video...and the loss of qualiy is noticable...

Still don't understand what's with the green line? And how to get the quality of the online video to match my desktop version...
