    Question Remove frames from an iPhone 4S video (MOV) without re-encoding?

    Is this possible?

    The only software I know of that can do this sort of thing is called VideoRedo BUT I don't know if it can deal with the .mov format.

    Turns out QuickTime Pro does it perfectly
