Default move a single frame along?

Good Morning all! I'm revamping the blog and putting header pictures to the posts. For the video posts however, I'm using stills from the flic - but I'm struggling to get quite the right frames. using the arrow keys to move back and forth is jumping about 8 frames a time meaning I can't quite get the one frame that isn't blurred.
What's the trick to moving along the timeline a single frame at a time?
    Thanks guys.

There are two ways: Zoom in or use Alt+Cursor Key
    Alt+cursor key is self explanatory.

To Zoom in on the timeline:
Use the Wheel on your mouse (default behaviour), or
USe the +/- buttons at the lower right fo your timeline window, or
Click the magnifying glass eyecon bottom right then drag to select aroud the area you want to zoom into, or
Up/Down arrow (from the cursor pad, not the numeric keypad)

    I suspect I've missed some!
