Ex1r focusing problem

I got new PMW- EX1R PAL version the problem is auto focus is not working properly in 1920x1080 25P mode but this problem is not their while using 1920x1080 50i, please any one can help me in solving this problem.

I don't see how that is possible. The auto focus should either work or not. For it to work on one setting and not another is just odd. If you think there is a problem and it's a new camera take it back to the place you got it from.
