My video is super choppy after rendering

I wonder if thereis something wrong with this program. I try to render the video and the result is flickering video, choppy, not smooth, in short horrible.

I rendered as avi, wmv, quicktime, mpeg2......

the result s horrible each time

I use vegas 11 build 341

what can be done?

It's more likely to be a user error than the program.

If you list out you raw footage, project properties and render settings, this might hold a light to what is happening.

i reinstalled vegas 9, everything works fine, i tried every format, nothing worked

i think there is something wrong with vegas 11 347 build
