    Default Newbie Here....

So I'm looking to record some fitness videos, where I show people how to use basic gym machines.

However, I want it to look professional. I thought if I could have the video on a white background so it looked like we were in an empty room with just one machine would look best.

Do I need a green screen for this or is it possible to do this without one?

Thanks for any help, much appreciated.

It's always best to set up your scene and shoot it the way you want it. Green screen is a compromise, it's a way to get shots that can't be got otherwise. If it's possible for you to set up the equipment in an empty white room and shoot that it would be best. If you light evenly and over expose your camera just a touch it can look great.

    David.
