Thread: AE CS5 Trapcode Particular - Position XY causing a red line from left to middle.

  1. #1

Default AE CS5 Trapcode Particular - Position XY causing a red line from left to middle.

Can only get rid of this line if I move the Position XY outside the view.

However, if I increase the Lifetime on the particles, its length seems to get increased, so the higher the lifetime the longer it is, the further away I have to move the position XY.

Is there a way to prevent AE from rendering this line?

!!!!!!!I am NOT talking about the X cross for trial versions!!!!!!!

Other question, any idea of what I can do to speed up rendering time? Takes me 40 minutes to render 52 seconds.
All I am using is; 6 layers of text, 2 solids with FORM, 2 solids with Particular and Shine. And a solid background with Fractal Noise.

    CPU: 720 BE X4 @ 3,5ghz
    RAM: 4GB 800Mhz
GPU: HD5850 - OpenGL rendering doesnt work?

    Win7 64bit.

I know ram and a new cpu would help, but by how much? Any ideas? For example a 955 at 4ghz vs the current, and 1600mhz 8gb ram instead of current.

Would the render time be halved?
