Adobe Flash Pro CS5.5

Hello. I'm currently working at my own video intro, but i found out that it wasnt really that easy, i though i should download Adobe Flash just to give it a try. And then i downloaded a free template aswell. But i just cant really handle the software or to edit the template as i want, tryed to export it once as a AVI file but then it got messed up. I would be greatfull for help. But if anyone want to make a quick, simpel intro for that would be awesome too. =D

PS: I didnt know what kind of section id should post this thread in. If this is the wrong one please let me know.
