I could name a long list of editors...But the reason why the video looks so good is down to the camera being used properly.
The "FX" the editor is using in the video is down to the manual focus setting on the camera.
No clever transitions...it's all down to hard-cuts and good camera work. You could "edit" it on a VHS tape recorder by simply pressing "Record" "Stop" "Record" "Stop" On the bits you want in the video...
Edit: But I don't recommend editing it on a VHS recorder![]()
Mr P is correct in what he says about the camera work. BUT the real question is what do you want to try and copy from it, if it's just the 70's contrast and de-saturation any NLE (editing program) can do that. What isn't easy is doing it as well as this example.![]()
