Question How do I take a sequence and make it a new clip?

Ever since the flop of FCPX, the company that I edit for has switched to Adobe Premiere CS5. Though the transition was relatively easy, I am having trouble figuring out how to take a sequence (all I have done was synch the audio and video) and make that into a new clip.

I've done it all the time with FC7 but cant figure it out with Premiere.

    Thanks for the help!

    Hey Aaron,

Highlight all of your footage (video and audio), then right click and choose "nest." This will create a new sequence, making it appear as a new video clip. Then you can add filters or whatever you want to it.

I've created a tutorial site about Adobe's products you will find helpful.

Check it out here and learn a lot about Premiere, Encore and After Effects.
