Default Jpeg import to Vegas 8

I seem to be able to import any JPEG I like infto vegas 8 APART from the ones I create in Photoshop.
    Any ideas?

Well...a jpg is a jpg so shouldn't make any difference. From memory, there's an option for jpg 2000 or something like that in PS. If you've chosen that, maybe Vegas doesn't recognise it? Use normal jpg. You could also save to PSD, or PNG, or whatever if that doesn't work.

No normal Jpeg with seemingly the same proporties as any other?
I can save my own Jpegs another way but what about something a client sends me?
+ Would still like to know why if anyone has any ideas?

I import jpegs from PS often, so can't offer any clues to be honest. Would be a PITA to convert jpgs sent to you, but not the end of the world with the right software. Clutching at straws, what quality setting are you using in PS for the jpg?
