Default Help with Samsung H264 format and editing from newbie :)

I own a Samsung R10 which is set to record on the following settings :

    Video: MPEG4 Video (H264) 1920x1080 25.00fps [Output 1 (eng)]
Audio: AAC 48000Hz stereo 128kbps [Output 2 (eng)]

Ideally, I would like to produce a video without degrading the quality too much when it encodes. I have Corel VS X4, but cannot find a a setting when saving a video file that maintains 1920x1080 with 25 fps. Does the Samsung use a weird H264 format ?

I dont require the file to be on any media. I just wish to encode a final file which will be stored on an external hardrive.

Can anyone suggest the best possible file format that matchs the original and software that can carry it out. ?
