Looking for specific kind of overlays

Hey guys,

I'm looking for an overlay similar to the following (but without all the fancy lens flare effects and such) :

Basically the effect I'm looking for is something like looking through a viewfinder, or seeing things from a "robotic" viewpoint (like Terminator), or anything similar.

Would anyone be able to point me in a direction to find one?

Yes, thanks. I followed those links, when you actually follow them the whole way through (bunch of spam), and they allow you to download the Vegas Project. However, that interface comes as an MP4 with all the lens flares, random moon, etc, in it already.

I just want the overlay and not the extra mumbo jumbo.

Unfortunately, it's not distributed that way.
