Sony Vegas 10 Split Screen Lag?

Hi, I;m new to video editing so heres my problem
I split screened two videos and am trying to align the sounds together .
I perfectly aligned the audio and video near the end of the video but then when i skip to the start of the video the 1st video is a second off?
These video are from diff ppl in one game not the same clip

I fixed the problem
the solution was the frame rates on both recorded videos weren't in sync.
I Changed fps to 30 on both video and now they sync.
