Hi, can someone help me out? We need someone that is amazing with video editing, final cut pro or whatever tool is used to make great compilations. Someone that can make a video appear with graphics that news stations use, scrolling bars, etc... and can help out by being creative with some clips.

We're shooting a 1-3 minute skit and really need help.

How much do you have in the budget. Give us a starting price. "We can pay at least £X" etc.

US Dollars. Probably around $300-$500 for a 60 second clip using a few different videos. Please email me if that works. I'm new to this - so i'm not sure what the going rate is. That's what I have for this personal project set aside.
