Technically very good. I liked the composition and the lighting. The sound went a bit at times but that might just be the YouTube compression (it does that occasionally).
I thought there was a bit of over-acting in a couple of places though.
Apart from that, nicely done...but... Why, oh why, did you put the "here comes a comedy" music at the start?
Same comments as the last one. Though this didn't suffer the drag after the punchline.

enjoyed that
but, did i hear a touch of distortion ?
watched your toe nail episode too..... very enjoyable.
Technically very good other than distortion on sound as mentioned above.

A fine is a tax for doing wrong. A tax is a fine for doing well.

Thanks for the feedback allStill working on the sound, it's a work in progress, I'm not sure that the YouTube compression helped either. Still much to learn, so any feedback is welcome
Thanks, Jonny
Good show, - on Audio: How did you record the sound? was it close-mic'd, it sounded too focussed to be on-camera. The woman was a tad overloaded at one point, maybe got into the part, after levels were set.
Was there pro-gear in use? certainly could have been...
Did I miss it? I didn't get the relationship between them until quite late - only he said he "had a date" up to then I though they were married, but if this is part of a "series" that's why.
Good show.
Vid, May be the clue was in the title "Flatmates".
Like the others I thought the sound overloaded at one point. but generally good. I'm warming to these two people now that I've seen them more than once. I am thinking your material needs to be just a little bit better as standards are very high in this sector with American sitcoms having large teams of writers etc.
I did enjoy this but had to repeat the punch line to get it as the actor sort of looses diction when saying it.
Interesting! Thanks so much for the comments.Very useful and practical. I'm experimenting with the sound to try and make it better, that one was done with radio mics and I believe at 12bit sound (if that makes sense?). Although I don't think the YouTube upload is helping much as it isn't quite that bad.
Thanks again, Jonny![]()
Excellent. I liked the shot reverse shot through out the composition. Very well presented and it reminded me of the Mel Gibson film "What Women Want" ( he got the clothes on and the make up to really get into their heads). I loved the short plot and especially the sting at the end where , after she'd basically called him a creep, he came back with a comment about having a date. I wonder though there was just one word that I could not hear properly about complimenting her sister on what???? Nicely done.
