    Default Reproducing an effect

Hey guys, new here. Cool Website.

I was looking at the teaser trailer for the new season of the tv show "Dexter". I was wondering if anyone can assist me in trying to reproduce the effect used in making Dexter's eyes turn red?

    Thanks in advance.

YOU need softwrae capable of drawing a mask around the appropriate eye areas.
Then yu key in either footage of smoke (or liquid) to those areas.... look to motion or after effects for that.
Or... key in an evolving fractal pattern (you can generate this in After Effects).

whichever content you key into the mask - you will then need to colour.
You can generate colour fills in a variety of ways using motion or AE.
Add a glow.... maybe keyframe the intensity.

and bob's your aunties live in lover.
