    Default problem with effects mask

hey guys, im trying to mask out some areas of a video
it's a moving car plate that i want to blur out

i didnt bother making the mask move around (cause i dont know how to)
i just split the video in parts and blurred out the gerneral area where the plate hangs out in each part

selected the vid part, applied the mask, resized the area and then added gaussian blur as the effect

my problem is that although in the preview window in premiere all appear to be ok, when i actually export the project as a video, the masks have moved from their original location
i think they are shifted up by some units and end up not blurring what i want :(

does any1 have any clues why this is happening?
ive tried exporting to different formats with no luck... any ideas?

    thanx

That's odd about your issue after you export your footage.

Question for you, do you have After Effects? The effect you're trying to do is quite simple, I'd be happy to show you.
