Urgent: how to do photo effects zoomin in an out in slow motion

HI,

I would like to know how can i add photo effects in a video that will have photos.

I want to have something similar to what this video shows, with the photos zoomin in and outa and from left to the right in slow motion...

Which program does this... Sony vegas, Windows Movie maker doesnt do this... How can i do this photos movement and effect??

Please help me because i need to make a video to university and cant find any help anywhere.

Sony Vegas can do this with the Pan/Crop tool.

The cut down version of "Sony Vegas", "Movie Studio 10" will do this as well as a auto montage tool.
