I always use H.264 for rendering my HD vids with a bitrate between 15 and 20 Mbps

It looks like you are using a CMOS chip. These are difficult with panning and moving camera. I would arrange my shots so that most are from a tripod or some other stable base.

You seem to be hand-holding the camera while moving. For the these shots I would use a steady cam, which can be made for a few pounds from materials from the ironmonger and will stabilize the camera tremendously. Set the camera on a tripod in a central location, like at a corner and zoom and slowly pan for as much of the scene as possible.

You are getting good colors. I have noticed that my Canon XA10 pans better on the Manual Shooting Mode setting than in Cine mode. (Maybe Canon thought a blur during a pan was arty.) So I will prefer using regular Manual. If you have these settings on your camera you may want to try this.
