Default Basic fx question Sony Vegas ms10

Is it possible to add an effect that affects every video track at the same time? I'm more familiar with audio programs where there's a master bus that would allow eg reverb to be put on the whole mix. Is there something like this for video in vegas? Would be a great timesaver.
    Thanks!

In the Pro version there is a track FX button but I don't know if you have one in SVMS. It's looks like a vertical line with a dot either side. It's located to the left of the time line next to the track motion button.

I was looking for an fx lane that effects ALL tracks, not just one track. So if you wanted blur fx on all your tracks it would add blur over the whole product, the last link in the process chain before the preview. At the moment i do this by rendering then adding fx to the render, of course easy but time consuming.
It probably doesnt exist in video editing, but i'm used to working this way with audio. Thanks anyway!

Of course it exists in Vegas - in three different places (not sure if all are in Movie Studio)
    1. On the Video Preciew Window, third icon from the left at the top - Video Output FX
    2. Display the Video Bus track (Ctrl-Shift-B) - all video tracks are riouted through this Bus and you can assign FX to the track header
    3. Make all tracks child traks of a "parent" track and assigb the FX to the parent.
