Unhappy Downloading a .vob incorrect length

I have a DVD copy of a commercial i did, it plays properly on any DVD player but despite that it does show in properties that it is only 11 seconds long when i click properties on the file either on the DVD or after importing to my desktop. When i import to Premiere Pro, it literally only brings in 11 seconds. Is there any way to import everything on the DVD? I realize this is a problem somehow with the DVD itself but if i can't get the production office to figure out on their end i am on my own. All the data is on the DVD it is just somehow mis-identified itself as only 11 seconds long/

I have had similar issues with coping vob files from a DVD and importing to Premiere.

I usually just rip the DVD at DVD quality (8Mbps/sec), then pull that file into Premiere. It works just fine!
