Hey guys.
I have no idea where I could post a random question about a certain program so I try it here.

I'm looking for program where I can create a similar effect like you can see in the following video.

You can see the effect at 1:22 and from that moment they are repeating it all the time.
Does somebody know a such program?

Hi there,
That kind of thing would be done in adobe after effects but will not be an easy task if you are not familiar with using that type of software.
