    Default Hello

Hi to all, I stumbled upon your forums while googleing. After skimming through some posts I realized that I NEED to join you all in discussing editing techniques and such.

A bit about myself, I'm a business student in Montreal, Canada (business, wtf?) ... Long story short, my most time consuming hobby is creating/editing video. I'm no wiz, I'm but a tiny amateur working with my Mini-DV cam and Windows Movie Maker 2 (hey, it's free and my computer's slow, so I do what I can with what I have...) In any case, at some point I will want to invest in a more suitable system so that I can upgrade to Premiere or something simiar, until then, the building blocks...

    Glad I found this forum

Nice of you to introduce yourself rather than just wading in shoting and demanding we help you immediately!

    Welcome.
