I used Winamp for many, many years before I decided to just use Windows Media Player. It's really not that bad.

wmp's bloated just for playing music, and it handles lots of files pretty badly.

to be honest i play mine using my dvd player. But then i only have one mp3 disc.
All my music is on Cd anyway, and i think downloading music is wrong, wrong, wrong. Poor bono has to feed his children too!

I own most of the CDs for the mp3s I have, I just like to have them all on random.

so your one of the people who have decided that the artist made the wrong decision in the order of the tracks.

I could see it if you only owned one cd, and you fancied to live life on the edge.

random button, what a waste of time, arghhh. not to mention the intro button. whats the point in that???????

"hmm today i think i will listen the intros on all my cd's"

no, i mean I have all of my MP3s on one playlist, so for example, it could be The Wonder Stuff, then Radiohead, then Deicide, then Leftfield, then Smashing Pumpkins, then Orbital, then Aphex Twin, then The Berzerker, then Reel Big Fish, and many many more
