Question How to show a photo in movie with an angle?

    Hi,

I want to make a short movie (approx. 2 minutes) that contains few photos.
This movie is for a website, and this is a promotional clip.

I want to use the same effects as here ( between 0:24 to 0:38 ): YouTube - Facebook - Introducing the New Profile

I want to fully control the camera (angle and location), so that the viewer will see the photo in an angle, and the camera will move across the photos.
Also, I want to transition between photos while the camera moves.

    1. What is the professional term for that feature (controlling the camera location and angle)?
    2. I have both Mac OS X and Windows. What is the best (and easiest) video editing software that could do that? (Mac OS X preferred)

    Thanks a million.

I don't know if any video software can do that or not. I know that if it were me, I would be doing it in Flash. If you don't have, and can't afford Flash, SwishMax will do this too, and it's much cheaper. Here's a SwishMax example I did in about 60 seconds. You can skew things any which way you want.

In Sony Vegas you can use the deform tool to get the image to look at an angle and then the pan/crop tool to move around the image or track motion.
