Lightbulb GoPro HD HERO: 1080p Test

I rendered with Sony AVC MPEG4 using Vegas @ 16.5mbps (ended up spitting out a 15,100kbps file) original file was AVC MPEG4 @ around 14,900kbps. I also applied a slight "color curves" and oddly enough the Main Concepts AVC MPEG4 came out about 20mb smaller than Sony's; couldn't really tell the difference. Viewing from youtube in 480p it looks the same in M2TS format until you choose 1080p but my HDC-SD9 is the opposite; looks better in M2TS than MPEG4. So I'm not sure what I am going to do when it comes time to mix them both on the same timeline.

Looks pretty good. I was looking through some of your YT videos though, and you really ought to post that one about the Model T if you haven't already. I mean, it's not a film per se, but it sure was fun.

I posted it already, if you could bump the thread more people will see it. Thanks for viewing, I plan to get a 720p 60fps test uploaded soon.

I am curious. Why is the snow so light? I had thought the GoPro used automatic exposure control. If so, then I might have assumed it would see the bright snow - and assume the scene was too bright.

Might be the effect of applying a slight color curve. I brightened the light colors and darkened the dark colors, thought it looked better as a whole after the effects where applied I went back and forth between with and without on several frames.
